2. General information on data processing

Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process personal data solely in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person — for example a name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, or any other detail submitted as part of a request.

3. Accessing and using our website

When our website is accessed, technically necessary information may be processed. This may include in particular:

  • the IP address of the device used
  • the date and time of access
  • the page or file requested
  • browser type and browser version
  • the operating system used
  • the referrer URL
  • technical information about the access

This processing takes place in order to ensure secure and technically faultless operation of the website, to detect technical faults, and to protect the website against misuse and attack.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in providing our online offering securely and reliably.

4. Hosting with Vercel

This website is delivered using services provided by Vercel Inc., USA.

As part of the hosting, technical connection and log data may be processed in particular, including IP addresses, access times, and device and browser information.

The purpose of the processing is the secure, stable and fast delivery of our website.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Where Vercel processes personal data on our behalf, it does so on the basis of the data protection agreements concluded with that provider. Where personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, the statutory requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are observed. Vercel provides contractual data protection mechanisms for this purpose, among others.

5. Data processing with Supabase

Supabase may be used for technical functions of this website, in particular for storing and processing information submitted through the website.

This may involve personal data that users themselves submit through forms — for example name, e-mail address, telephone number, details of a requested transport or move, and any other messages and information.

The processing serves to handle requests and to take steps prior to entering into a contract, or to perform a contract, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Where Supabase processes personal data as a processor, it does so on the basis of corresponding data protection agreements. For transfers outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are observed. Supabase provides for this through, among other things, provisions on data processing and international data transfer.

6. Contact and quote form

If you contact us through our website or submit a request or a request for a quote, the details you enter are processed for the purpose of handling your request.

This may include in particular:

  • name
  • telephone number
  • e-mail address
  • collection and destination address
  • details of the requested transport or move
  • any further information you choose to provide

For contract-related requests, processing takes place under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

As a rule your data is stored only for as long as is necessary to handle your request. Where statutory retention obligations apply, or where the data is needed to perform a contract, it is stored correspondingly longer.

Data is passed on to third parties only where this is necessary to handle the request or carry out the job, or where there is a legal obligation to do so.

7. Cookies

Our website may use technically necessary cookies.

Cookies are small text files stored on a user's device which serve, for example, to make particular functions of a website technically available.

Where cookies are strictly necessary on technical grounds, they are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Should cookies be used in future for analytics, marketing or tracking purposes, they will be used — where the law requires it — only after the user's express consent.

8. Web analytics and tracking

This website uses the following service for audience measurement or marketing purposes: Google Analytics 4.

These services load only after you have expressly agreed in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without agreement, no such scripts are loaded and none of these providers' cookies are set.

This may involve processing personal data such as your IP address, device and browser information and details of how you use the website, and transferring it to the respective providers, including to countries outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are governed by Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, using the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page.

9. Disclosure of data

As a rule, personal data is disclosed only where this is necessary to provide our services, where there is a legal obligation, where disclosure is permitted in order to safeguard legitimate interests, or where you have expressly consented.

As part of the technical delivery of the website, personal data may be processed in particular by the hosting, database or IT service providers engaged.

10. Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose of processing.

Beyond that, data may be stored where statutory retention, evidential or limitation periods apply.

Once the purpose no longer applies and any statutory retention periods have expired, the data is erased, unless another legal basis for further processing exists.

11. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or unlawful disclosure.

Data transmitted through our website is, as a rule, encrypted using SSL or TLS encryption.

12. Your rights

In connection with your personal data you have, in particular, the following rights under the GDPR:

  • the right of access under Art. 15 GDPR
  • the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR

  • the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR
  • the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR
  • the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
  • the right to withdraw consent given under Art. 7(3) GDPR

To exercise your rights, please use the contact details given above.

13. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
